6-MONTH MENTORSHIP

• 12 one-hour appointments
• 1 appointment every 2 weeks
• Appointments in-person or online
• Homework assignments set after each appointment to be completed before the next meeting, including:
  • Maintaining a daily spiritual practice
  • Keeping a journal throughout the mentorship
• Access to my personal email address for correspondence between sessions
